Laurel Buys Houses is a division of Absolute Equity partners, LLC. DeGrand and Julia Frederick. A local company that helps people buy and sell their home without paying any Realtor Fees. We help people if their house is in excellent condition, or if it needs repairs, vacant, divorce, down sizing, foreclosure, behind on payments, job transfer, inherited, death, mortgage problems or even if the house is over financed. No need to clean, no need to do repairs and since we are not realtors you pay no commissions. Laurel worked in manufacturing for over 37 years and served as a committee member for IAM Local Union, before transitioning to Real Estate full time. She has adopted 4 children through kinship foster care. One of them with special needs. Laurel loves getting the kids outside to enjoy the same activities she did as a child, from kite flying, swimming, fishing, camping, bike riding, and sledding just to name a few. Laurel is an active member of St. Mathias Catholic Parish where I currently teach Christian Formation classes. Laurels business partner, Julia Frederick, ran a in home daycare for over 25 years. Julia has raised her daughter who is now happily married to Robert Kamholz. Melinda, Bob and Julia’s 2-year-old grand-daughter live West of Oshkosh, WI. Julia graduated from Bay View High School in 1985. She became a foster parent in her early 20’s. Julia remained a foster care provider for over 20 years. Laurel and Julia are big time sports fans- Packers, Brewers, Bucks and Badgers, only to name a few. Both are animal lovers which Julia has a little dog named “Meeko”.
