Guppy's Property Maintenance Hiring
Snow Plow Drivers and Sidewalk Crews (Milwaukee)

compensation: Based on Experience

Guppy's Property Maintenance and Snow Plowing is looking to hire energetic and motivated individuals to be part of our quality team, experience preferred but not necessary will train.

Snow Plow Drivers:
Will drive our company trucks, must have a clean driving record and a valid WI driver license, Daytime, evening and 24/7 shifts available. Must be able to work for extended periods of time in extreme weather conditions.

Sidewalk Crews:
Daytime, evening and 24/7 shifts available. We will provide all the necessary equipment to be able to provide customers with the best services possible. Shovels, single stage snow blowers, two stage snow blowers, salt spreaders. Must be willing to work for extended periods in extreme weather conditions.

Must have reliable transport to be able to make it to shop to collect equipment and trucks.

This is not a full time position, We work during and immediately following a snowfall including holidays.

Employees who prove dependable will be considered for possible full time employment come spring.

Landscaping Laborer
Lawn Mowing Crew

LANDSCAPING LABORER

We are looking to add several responsible, hard-working, and motivated landscaping laborers for the upcoming season. We perform various types of landscaping services including, seeding, sodding, mulching, retaining walls, hardscapes, lawn mowing, spring and fall cleanups and more. We typically work 8-10 hour shifts, and 40+ hours per week. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as we are very busy and cannot have tardiness or attendance issues. Ideal candidates will have prior landscaping experience, and be able to use hand and power tools, and various types of landscaping equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS
-At least 1 year of landscaping experience
-Knowledge of hand & power tools proper usage
-Able to lift 50-100 lbs on regular basis
-Strong work ethic & ability to problem solve
-CDL is not required but preferable

REQUIREMENTS
-Valid driver's license with clean driving record
-Reliable transportation to work
-Positive attitude & accountability
