What a journey it’s been! So many great memories, friendships, and amazing people I’ve had the chance to work with over the years. I’m so thankful for everyone who has supported me along the way.

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue is warning about an AI-generated video promoting a federal property tax relief program for seniors that doesn’t actually exist.

With AI getting better, things online can look pretty convincing. Before clicking a link or giving out personal information, it’s always worth double-checking.

And if you ever see something property or real estate related that you’re unsure about, you can always reach out to me or your local REALTOR® to help point you in the right direction.

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue is warning homeowners about an AI-generated video promoting a nonexistent federal property tax relief program for seniors. REALTORS® who encounter questions about the purported program can let clients know that it is a scam and direct them to the Department of Revenue press release for more information.
