Our History
Leon and Minnie Wilson started Leon Wilson Real Estate, Inc. The business flourished and in 1972 they moved to offices at 946 N. Roy Wilson and Roger Wilson, their sons, both attended Purdue University and then joined the family firm-- Roy in 1973, and Roger in 1976. In 1995, the firm became Coldwell Banker Leon Wilson Real Estate, Inc. In 1997 the Wilson’s merged with a local Century 21 Real Estate Group and in 2003, the firm became Century 21 Wilson and Associates. The Wilson family has over a 40 year track record of providing the highest quality real estate service to the East Central Indiana Area. Our objective is to “EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS”.
