Friends of mine have been impacted by su***de. This has happened way to many times recently!
I'm sure most of us can say we know someone ourselves or knows of someone who has been impacted by su***de. I'm reaching out to all of you for this reason. I have been personally affected by poor mental health, I have studied it in depth through Indiana University, I hold a bachelor's degree and I'm a certified life coach.
I mostly specialize in women's mental health, however, I am willing to help anyone who may need my services. Teens have been my top clientele lately.

The services I provide are 100% confidential. They are done in one-on-one in person, over zoom, or on the phone.
It is my passion to take a person from where they are today and formulate goals to get them to tomorrow and beyond.
Unlike traditional counselors, I don't spend a lot of time hashing out the past or digging up old thoughts. I work from today and move forward. This method has proven to help change the mindset, which changes the feelings and then generates actions toward a healthier future.
