Hi Neighbor!
I'm Lloyd, and I've been renting an apartment in Greenland for about 7 years.
The homeowner is moving on, and I'm looking for another ADU or 1 BR apartment to rent year round.
I've been the caretaker for my current property, arranging and scheduling upkeep, vendors, short term renters and tradespersons.
I've owned several homes, so I treat the premises as if it were my own re: upkeep, safety and curb appeal.
I work for the Ogt. Playhouse, and I commute. I have a vehicle and a motorcycle in warm months (stored offsite during winter).
I'd love to stay in the Greenland/Portsmouth/Newington/Stratham/North Hampton/Hampton/Kensington/Exeter area, but am also interested in York Co. Maine.
I'd like to stay in the $1400 - $1800 all included range. Non-profit work managing volunteers, though rewarding, puts me in a certain price range. But what I lack in funds, I make up for in charm and dedication!
