Here’s what actually works:
✨ Refreshing your marketing – New photos and/or video, updated staging, a fresh description, etc. This can breathe life back into a listing.
✨ Targeted exposure – Your home needs to be where the buyers are — and that’s not always just the MLS. Think: social media ads, email campaigns, broker outreach, etc.
✨ Brutally honest pricing strategy – The market speaks. If your home isn’t getting offers, we need to listen and adjust accordingly.
✨ Positioning – It’s not just about features; it’s about storytelling. Buyers need to see themselves in your home.

And if I’m being honest - most of these strategies require an agent who busts their butt on behalf of their sellers. If you don’t have an agent on your side who’s not afraid to work hard and walk you through each of these items, you need to hire one that will. 💁🏼‍♀️
