Congratulations to my client for closing on his first 🏡 This transaction really brought me to tears. My client was so nervous at closing bc he revealed that numerous ppl had told him he would NEVER be able to purchase a home and he couldn’t believe he was sitting at the closing table.
Thank you for trusting me, we had some major road blocks but we made it.
