Another one in the books!We just wrapped up a flip in Winston and we are happy with how this one turned out. Fresh cosmetic updates throughout, plus a brand new metal roof, windows, and garage door — this house is a completely different animal from what we started with. Huge shoutout to everyone who put in the work to make it happen. On to the next one!

Just closed on another property in Eden, NC. New siding, roof, flooring, and paint are all in the plans — this one is getting a full transformation. Still weighing the options on whether we’ll hold it as a rental or take it to market as a flip. Either way, the numbers work. Stay tuned — updates to come as the project moves forward.

We are closing on 3 more projects in Triad in the next 3 weeks!

Eden--a 2/1 that we may flip or brrr
Thomasville--a tear down on a double lot with city utilities
High Point -- a 3/2 brick ranch on a nice corner lot with an unfinished basement

These deals came from all directions — a direct seller who reached out to us, a great wholesaler we work with, and a referral from one of our agent partners.
