Big trench. Tight access. Active bypass.

This water main replacement required installing new pipe through an encased section to protect the line and maintain long-term stability through the crossing. Existing conditions, depth, groundwater, and limited working room made sequencing critical.

Bypass operations stayed active while excavation, bedding, casing, and carrier pipe installation were completed. Final tie-ins and restoration to follow.

This is the kind of work that looks simple on paper and turns into a high-risk operation in the field.
