We are thrilled to share an outstanding achievement from our Construction and Safety Department!

Our new dual-brand Marriott Residence Inn/Courtyard, currently under construction in Cary, has been honored with a prestigious Gold Award from the North Carolina Department of Labor (NCDOL). This recognition celebrates private and public firms across the state that achieve and maintain exemplary safety records.

Thanks to our team's diligent efforts, our employee accident rates for the year 2025 were significantly lower than the state average, making us eligible for this top-tier safety honor.

As the NCDOL notes, this program is designed to stimulate interest in accident prevention and promote safety by incentivizing employers and employees to maintain a safe and healthy workplace. Upholding these standards is a core priority at Daly Seven, and this award is a testament to our team’s daily dedication to looking out for one another and keeping our work environments safe.

We want to extend a huge congratulations and thank you to Tamra Mason (Construction Coordinator and Safety Specialist) for her hard work in tracking and submitting our safety records, as well as Vice President Chris Mitchell and Construction Project Manager Rebecca Mousseau, who joined Tamra at the official ceremony to accept the certificate alongside the Commissioner of Labor.​
