Daly Seven is growing! We just added two new sites to our development pipeline as highlighted in a recent article in Triangle Business Journal.

📍 Durham: A future mixed-use hub right across from Duke University Hospital.
📍 Morrisville: Our 5th hotel site near RDU to support the airport's massive expansion.
📍 Cary: Our new Courtyard/Residence Inn dual-brand is rising fast and set to open in late 2026!

The Triangle is one of the most dynamic markets in the country and we are excited to bring more world-class hospitality options to the region.

Stay tuned for updates as we move through the planning and rezoning phases for these exciting projects!

The family-owned company is also building a 250-room hotel in Cary.

We’d like to introduce our temporary "Employee of the Month" for December at the Hilton Garden Inn Greensboro Airport. 🎄

While his methods are a little unorthodox (climbing laundry piles isn't standard procedure), his tile work is impeccable, and he’s great at "quality control" testing our brand new beds. Thanks for the help with the renovations, little buddy!

A huge thank you to Josh and our front desk team at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lynchburg for turning a moment of heartbreak into a memory this family will never forget. Read the incredible story below: 👇

"The staff at this hotel quite literally saved Christmas for our 9-year-old—and created a family memory we will cherish forever. From the moment we walked in, Josh and a kind young woman at the front desk went above and beyond, turning what could have been a heartbreaking moment into true holiday magic. Here’s what happened: We had rushed out of the house and our youngest accidentally left behind his beloved Elf Pet, Bob. He was devastated. In the middle of trying to console him, our oldest, meaning well, mentioned that the elf wasn’t real. Cue the tears and the question no parent ever wants to hear: “Is Santa fake too?” Determined to rescue the moment, I stopped at a store before checking in and secretly bought another Elf Pet. My husband called ahead and spoke with Josh, asking if we could leave the new elf at the front desk to be “delivered” to our room as if from Santa himself. When I arrived, the staff took care of everything with such thoughtfulness. About 20 minutes after we settled into our room, we heard a knock. When we opened the door… no one was there. Instead, we found an adorable bag waiting for our son with the Elf Pet inside and a handwritten note from Santa himself!!! That note was the most magical touch. Our son lit up. The Christmas spirit was restored. And we were left speechless by the kindness and creativity of the staff. We travel often, but the level of care and heart shown here was extraordinary. This hotel didn’t just give us a great stay, they gave our family a moment we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Josh and the entire team, for making Christmas magic real."

🎃 Where Engineering Meets Halloween! 🎃

We are constantly blown away by the talent and creativity of our team!

A huge shout-out to Rusty, our incredible engineer at the Hampton Inn & Suites Lynchburg, who used his ingenuity (and some very cool materials) to create a must-see Halloween display.

Rusty transformed tractor wheels into giant pumpkins and built an amazing "TrickMobile" crafted entirely out of hay bales and spare car parts! 🚗🌾

It’s the perfect photo op spot for the spooky season! Stop by to see Rusty's amazing work and snap a festive pic. We're so proud to have team members like Rusty who go above and beyond to make our hotel special.
