NOMAD needs you! We are hiring for a Quality Inspector for our 25+ STR properties 🗣️

What does a Quality Inspector do?
They are one of the most important roles at NOMAD. The QI is the last layer of eyes to look at the property after the cleaners have cleaned but prior to the guests arrival, ensuring that EVERYTHING is in its proper place and ready for a 5 Star guest experience.

More details include but are not limited to:
🧽 Closely monitoring the cleanliness of countertops/beds/baseboards/etc. (Example: ensuring the house free of stray hairs or stains on house items, and removing them/cleaning the issue.)
🔧 Fixing or amending small issues when they pop up (example: tightening loose door handles, changing batteries for smoke detectors or door locks, rehanging fallen pictures or wall art)
👀 Detail oriented eyes noticing the small important things (example: making sure the clocks are set to the right time. Checking corners and behind doors for dirt or dander buildup.)
✅ Follow the QI checklist to make sure nothing is forgotten

You will eventually be working alone and creating your own schedule. This position is very flexible but does require at least 3 days a week.

*Must live in Greensboro

They're making a difference in Greensboro!⁠

Students at North Carolina A&T recently launched a Greensboro chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace Beds to make a positive change in the community, one bed at a time.⁠
⁠
The nonprofit is powered by volunteers who come together to build and deliver beds to children in need, completely free of charge. From local build days to home deliveries, their work is hands-on, community-driven, and deeply personal.⁠

Now, thanks to Ryan Pennington and Ahmad Blair from A&T, that work is present in Greensboro through the newly formed Sleep in Heavenly Peace chapter.⁠

I've been seeing these silly videos about when you're working on your phone most of the time, you look like a crazy person when you just stop abruptly and stand in the middle of WHEREVER you are to answer your phone, respond to messages, etc. 😂

Well the camera caught me firsthand yesterday 😂
