- Have consistent income for at least two years and be able to provide tax returns to a lender
- Save money that you plan to use strictly for the home buying process (it adds up!)

It's Friday! Let's have some fun.. drop your business info and a few things about yourself!

I love traveling and hiking, this year I am visiting Alaska and Canada.
I have two cats, Richie and Rona. They are my spoiled babies who are polar opposites but equally loved.
My favorite food is seafood but who knew this would happen because when I was younger, I couldn't bare the smell of any seafood but working at a seafood restaurant for 9 years probably helped.
