74% of people looking at homes here are choosing to stay in the Greensboro metro, which honestly says a lot about what this city has to offer right now.

And the people moving in? They're coming from Charlotte, Washington D.C., and Raleigh - which tells me people are actively choosing Greensboro over some seriously major, high-cost metros.
