June market stats are in! 📈 The average sale price experienced a notable increase, rising from $385,172 to $416,153. 📈 Additionally, the average days on the market expanded from 11 to 21 days. 📉

Despite these changes, the sale-to-list price ratio declined from 103% last year to 100% this year indicating that buyers are not having to offer as high over asking to get an accepted offer.

The number of homes sold decreased from 392 to 303, indicating a decline in sales.

However, despite this decrease, buyer demand remains high and inventory levels remain low.
