The Triad real estate market continues making moves — here’s what homebuyers & sellers should know:

🏠 Median home price in Greensboro: ~$285,000 — up ~1.2% year-over-year.

⏱️ Days on market (Greensboro-High Point metro): ~51 days — homes are staying listed longer, giving buyers a bit more breathing room.

🌍 Statewide context: NC’s median is ~$388,200, up ~1.5% over last year. Homes statewide spend ~47 days on market. Inventory is up ~25%.
