At the heart of Kim’s success in real estate has been her family and friends who have supported her career for the past decade. It was with great excitement that she announced in September of 2022, the creation of Kim Wilson Homes in partnership with the BHHS Yost and Little brokerage. Kim is a native Texan and still has strong family ties to the area; however, she insists that she loves living in Greensboro! She says it is a bit like having those small town feels she grew up with, but the Triad offers big town amenities. With a degree in Interior Design and Architecture from The University of North Texas School of Visual Arts, along with her family’s long history in the furniture industry, it is no surprise she enjoys working with clients to see the potential each home has to offer. Aside from her love of real estate, Kim’s passion is her husband Scott and their two daughters, Alyse and Lily Kate. While she loves helping her clients make memories that last a lifetime, it is definitely a moto Kim lives by. Whether it be attending car shows, participating in Women’s Only Pedal to the Metal driving, going out for a Sunday drive or watching Formula 1 racing with Alyse, the excitement is evident! They love spending time with their barn family watching Lily Kate compete at a World’s Championship level of horseback riding on American Saddlebreds. Concerts with the girls are always a YES, and date nights and tailgates are balanced with the family’s joy of travel. Each moment spent with family is something she truly cherishes! The Wilson’s have been supporters of the community Kim loves to represent through organizations such as Make-A-Wish, Children’s Home Society, Hands for Hearts, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Second Harvest Food Bank.
