She has nine younger siblings who also enjoyed growing up in this wonderful area. Kathy started her real estate career in 1999 and her experience includes existing home sales, luxury homes, first time buyers, downsizers, corporate relocation, new construction, and investors. She has the Real Estate Designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate Realtor®
Institute, Certified International Property Specialist, Strategic Pricing Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and e-Pro, a technology certification, and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. A graduate of Leadership Greensboro, Kathy also delivered Mobile Meals for 24 years and volunteers in various areas in our community when needed. She is the proud mother of Samantha, grandmother to Kira & Leo, and adoptive mother to various furry critters. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys music, cooking, gardening, travel, dining out with friends, dancing and reading. Kathy thinks the best place to live, work and play is in the Triad and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to her clients.
