In the summer of 2022, I made a decision to end a relationship with my employer of 21 years. In the early years, it was one of the best-known Real Estate brokerages in the country. It was a great experience with an abundance of opportunity. I had since grown disenchanted with the cost of doing business and felt my “bottom line” eroding. I was at the point of considering retirement if I could not find a better way. Well, I found a better way! Or should I say, it found me. United Realty Group contacted me and asked if I would give them 15 minutes to explain their plans for the future. Eighteen months later I am still pinching myself. New to North Carolina, but over twenty years of business in Florida, United Realty Group is the way of the future for Triad brokerage. “URG” is currently serving Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem, and soon to be in Raleigh Durham, while also doubling our agent count in the last year.
