I know Marcus has mentioned wanting the large blue frame table&wood-top.
Jenna has claimed at least one of the shelving units.
As far as I know the rest is unclaimed at this point.

Hello folks, it has been reported to me that a rolling office chair has gone missing from the building. It was taken from just outside unit 30 upstairs, sometime between Thursday night and this past Sunday. The tenant in unit 30 was painting their floor and moved a few items outside of the space momentarily. If you thought that it may be an item available for use please let me know or return it to unit 30 as soon as possible. If anyone has any info at all please let me know.
This is the first time we've had an issue like this and I very much want to clear it!

Hi Everyone!
Couple quick things...
There is two pallets of good wood on the loading dock. It could be incorporated into an art project or simply be used as fire wood. Please let me know if you or anyone you know may be interested in it. I can let it sit approx. 2 more days and then will need to get rid of it.

Also we still have a couple open spaces for rent so please spread the word to anyone you know that might want space.

I just received news that Camille who is in space 5-A will be leaving at the end of March.

Hello everyone, as some of you know already the Folk Festival is in town for this coming weekend. This means traffic nightmares and road closures. This year one of the stages is located quite close to our building. If you plan to use your studio anytime Thursday-Sunday you may want to pick up a pass that allows you access through the closed roads. Adrian (in unit 13) has graciously agreed to hand out passes to anyone that needs one. He will be in his studio Wednesday and Thursday evenings this week. Please feel free to stop by and pick one up if you need it.
As a related topic there will be many cars and people roaming around and probably looking for parking. We are going to ask that the gate stay shut at all times this weekend. When you come into the lot just open the gate and then shut it again after you pull through. I realize this is a inconvenience, however it's crucial that we don't have unknown people entering the property. Please note that you do not need to lock the gate but simply put the lock back in place so that it appears latched.

Hi e everyone! since my last post didn't get to much buzz, and our deadline is tomorrow, I figured I'll try one more time.
The items near the back door have not been moved or claimed. Per the building owner I am due to throw away all the items by Friday of this week if they remain where they are.
If anyone knows who these items belong to please let me know so I can reach them directly.

Hello everyone,
Sadly the hallways and common areas have become very cluttered with items, tools, garbage, etc. Anything that is not for sale needs to be inside your space with no exception. The fire Marshall has warnen us and given me two weeks to have all walkways and common areas clear. The building owner will be coming with me next Thursday to throw away any items that are still located outside of your space. Below is some pictures of problem areas that need to be addressed.

Hi Everyone, it's been reported to me that as of this (Wednesday) morning, the lock for the parking lot gate IS MISSING!! dun dun dunnnn. If you have any info on this or perhaps a more precise time frame as to when it went missing, please let me know.

Please remember that the hallways and common areas are not to be used as storage space. Unless a item is for sale it can not be kept outside of your unit. If you currently have items in a hallway or common area please make sure to move them.
