I would like to share my experience using Kathleen Sullivan as my real estate agent in North Carolina. This is the 4th house I have purchased (Michigan, Ohio twice and now North Carolina). Looking back I would have to say that I settled on my purchases for one reason or another. This time with Kathleen, 9 months later and I do not want to tell you how many houses we looked at, but I was getting discouraged and asked her if she wanted to fire me it would be OK. She laughed and said don't worry the right house will come along and I am not going anywhere. She was always accomodating to my schedule to set time aside so we could look at houses. If she did not like something about the house she would let me know, even when I started to like a house, she would point things out and remind me of what I told her my priorities were. When I FINALLY found the house for me, she was there for me all the way through the process. Getting me phone numbers for inspections, giving me creative ideas for decorating and just holding my hand and guiding me through the closing process. Mike , Jamestown,NC
