Closing Time again!!

Tony’s SECOND closing of the week 🎉🗝️

These were Tony’s buyers who were looking for a few important things in there new home, but two of the MOST important things were a primary bedroom on the main and a garage 🚗

This was so important to Tony’s buyers that every time they looked at the house in person or through pictures they mentioned the garage! 🏡

So, needless to say, it was exciting when Tony got to hand over the garage door openers to its new owners! BUT when they stood in front of it waiting for the garage to open for the first time, the opener wouldn’t work because the batteries were dead 🤣

They got some new batteries and it works like a charm ✨

We’re so happy for Tony and his buyers ❤️🎉

And we’re glad the garage door opener now works 🤣

👷‍♂️🏡Most builders don't only build 1 home at a time so the site manager may not see your home every day and even they may not see everything. Remember that the home inspector works directly for you and will check the home from foundation to roof and everything in between.“
