Hey everyone, Mayor of Julian here! I wanted to share something interesting from a couple of recent home value reports I’ve done here in Julian.

Even in just the past few years, the changes have been pretty eye-opening:
• One home purchased around $230k in 2020 is now around $330k
• Another bought for about $275k in 2021 is now closer to $345k

That’s a pretty significant jump in a relatively short amount of time!

Every home is different, of course—but a lot of people are surprised when they see what their home could be worth in today’s market.

If you’ve ever been curious, I’m still offering free home value reports (CMAs). You definitely don’t have to be planning to move—I’m more than happy to do one just so you have the information! And just to note, this offer is open to anyone, whether you’re in Julian or outside the area.
