a little real estate story..
years ago i had a lakefront condo listed for sale. the buyer was unrepresented and chose a certain big bank lender. i only represented the seller and couldn't help them. it was very frustrating! delay after delay after delay... on the last delay my client told me "Tracy, I'm selling my lake condo so i can purchase a beach condo. these are 1st world problems. it's all going to be okay." soon after, the buyer changed lenders and we were closed in 2 weeks. when the new buyer took over the condo they didn't want the furnishings, so I bought this red recliner. I use it to remind myself that these are first world problems. everyone I love is healthy and happy. there are so many people who would love to have my problems....
