We are seeking a Part time Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant hours consist of mandatory availability Monday and Friday with additional hours to be discussed during the week; some availability may be required on weekends when leasing office is open.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Present apartments, houses or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner,
Assist the management team in discovering suitable tenants,
Promote unoccupied units and/or the community through various media and advertising techniques,
Provide detailed information to interested parties and potential applicants on the different features of our community and life as a resident,
Validate application information and references,
Create leasing documents and complete agreements,
Keep abreast of current property market status,
Ensure proper cleanliness and inspect unoccupied dwelling spaces periodically,
Help maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment for residents, potential applicants, vendors and visitors of our community.
Necessary Skills:
Organization, time management and attention to detail are of vital importance,
Adequate knowledge of leasing rules and regulations,
Proven experience in great customer service, marketing, sales and/or office management ,
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office,
Represent oneself and the community in a professional manner in both communication and appearance,
Positive, team-oriented perspective,
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and car insurance is a must!

Class A property seeking a Maintenance Technician whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining and repairing different areas of the property. This is achieved by performing work orders, assisting in the maintenance of interior and exterior systems and preparing apartments for occupancy according to protocols.
On-call nights/weekends will be required.
Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM are normal business hours.
Great benefits package after 90 day probation.
CPO or CFC certifications are a HUGE plus, but not required. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, interior/exterior repairs, janitorial , painting/drywall, appliances, etc.
Own, reliable transportation with a valid drivers license is a MUST.
