It’s time for your weekly Market Watch Monday! 🤓👏

Numbers are still giving us the “nod” that we’re heading in a healthy direction! 👍🙌

4️⃣1️⃣6️⃣ homes went on the market last week in the Piedmont Triad. ✔️

2️⃣6️⃣1️⃣ homes dropped in price! ✔️ This is good news for potential buyers! But it’s also a cautionary tale for sellers to prepare themselves that the days of receiving offers waaaay over list price are waning. This will create more of a balance and an even playing field with buyers and sellers alike! ⚖️

Boy, do we have an update for you!!🧐🤓

In just the past week, we have seen 329 price reductions and 85 homes go back on the market!!😱😱

What does this mean? It’s still a seller’s market because of low inventory, BUT it’s not quite as frenzied as it was before. A home may sit on the market for a week now, and the seller might have to price reduce their home.💰

Sellers, make sure you price your home competitively and within MARKET VALUE!!

Buyers, even though the market is still competitive, it’s not quite as tough as it was these last two years!👏👏
