Exciting day for the Triad! 🚀 Today, our team had the privilege of attending the official groundbreaking for JetZero’s massive new 8-million-square-foot facility at Piedmont Triad International Airport.

This project marks the largest economic development project in North Carolina history based on job commitment, bringing over 14,500 jobs to Guilford County to build their revolutionary, ultra-fuel-efficient Z5 blended-wing aircraft.

We brought a fantastic crew out to witness local history in the making—including 15 of our brokers and 4 of our summer interns! We are incredibly proud to support the growth that is positioning Greensboro as a major global aviation hub. ✈️🏗️
