Greensboro… what are we waiting on?

It’s 984 homes on the market right now. The median list price dropped 6.6% from August to September. The houses are out here, and some of these sellers are coming down off them prices!

“Yeah, but the rates…” Okay, and? Let’s see what the numbers look like for **you** before you talk yourself out of it. Meanwhile, your landlord can raise your rent, and you ain’t getting NONE of that money back. NADA. ZILCH.
