Big first step as a Managing Broker today.

Last year, I branched out and made my own brokerage (Nest and Key Realty). Since then, I’ve been looking for a place to call my very own office.

I cold called more people I could count. Finally, a very close friend gave me the name of a sweet lady, Shirley, who may be interested in selling her childhood home.

We got in contact and I told her who I was. We exchanged pleasantries, then that turned into some funny stories about our mutual friend who got us in contact. Finally I got the nerve to ask if she would be willing to sell her property.

I then met her on property and the rest was history.

It’s so incredible how real estate can make dreams happen. I canot wait to do this property continued justice and to bring all of my future clients here.

I am so lucky to know this sweet lady!
