Is your new build home almost done?

Make sure you have it inspected. Here is why:

On a new build inspection this week I found a water leak under an upstairs tub. No visual stains, no mold yet, but I was able to pin point this leak for the builder so they could make the repair with minimal ripout. Crisis averted for builder and extremely satisfied client.

Gas leaks happen - finding them and repairing them quickly is important. Thankfully

An insulated fitting should be installed when two
dissimilar metals meet. In this phot there is a copper and galvanized water line connected without that dielectric fitting.
