Since starting my journey as a real estate appraiser in 2003, I have only had 2 calculators. Unfortunately, I dropped one the other day and the screen no longer worked. So for some reason I am super excited to have a new calculator even though all 3 calculators have been the same. The HP 12c is the best calculator and obviously last a really long time unless you drop them on hard ground. That has been the reason I have had to replace 2 of them. Super weird to use a regular calculator because these function completely different. So yep, I am a total nerd and excited for a new calculator!

Our Business Anniversary.... Today starts our 7th year in business. We ended our 6th year with 86 assignments which was down from our previous year but we knew the market craziness was going to slow down. Unfortunately, due to rising interest rates the market slowed down considerably and we had to adapt to the slow down.

Fortunately, the Federal Reserve has announced forthcoming slashes to interest rates and the beginning of 2024 has seen a uptick in the market movement. We have enjoyed working on projects with new clients throughout the year and look forward to working with everyone in the coming year!

We want to thank everyone for their thoughts, referrals and well wishes as we continue to strive to provide the best market valuations for everyone of our clients. We look forward to working with you!

We are happy to announce that we are ending our year at 121 assignments the same as 2021. It has been quite the busy year for us both with work and family activities, we are truly very blessed and look forward to the new year and continuing to provide the best valuation services for our customers.

You see when you shop small you support people that NEED you! Not corporate companies that get rich and cut employees for self checkouts and only use them for the holiday seasons.

Support your local small town businesses that are year round, that support their families with every little bit they make! Shop the small businesses that have big dreams of sharing their craft and talents with the world!
