Heather Hauser - Realtor

Heather Hauser - Realtor I look forward to putting my selfless determination and work ethic to good use in serving your real Something that lights the fire within you.

Heather Hauser is quickly approaching a decade of experience in the real estate industry. When you truly love what you do, it is not a job but more of a passion. Heather has excelled in being a multi-million dollar producer year over year. She has had the honor of being the recipient of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Honor Society Award, a recognition for being in the top 14% of Berkshire Hat

haway HomeServices network agents nationwide. Additionally, Heather has achieved both Gold and Platinum Performance Awards from her local REALTOR® Association. Prior to real estate, Heather spent much of her career in the home building industry, mostly in the residential construction side. This made the transition to real estate a natural progression. From first time home buyers to down sizers to relocating to the area, Heather has demonstrated patience and perseverance assisting each client through the home selling or buying process. She also had had the opportunity to help clients with new construction and commercial property endeavors. Building a strong unique relationship with every client is what she is enthusiastic about. Heather strives to end each transaction with newly built friendships. Through her values as a REALTOR®, she has been fortunate to build her business primarily through referrals. She wanted to find an impactful way to say thank you. This led Heather to create “Do Good Together”. This is a place where kindness has found a home. When a friend, family member, co-worker, or anyone is referred to Heather to buy or sell real estate, she donates a portion of her commission at the closing of the transaction to a charity of that person’s choosing in their honor. When she is not helping clients, Heather finds herself to be a busy mom of 2. Her boys keep her humble and busy busy busy! She also enjoys trying her very best to be a decent gardener, a labor of love for Heather for sure! She finds true peace sitting on the beach with her family during the warmer weather.

More choices can make a home search exciting, but they can also make it surprisingly easy to lose focus. After touring several homes, every kitchen starts blending together and the comparison game takes over.

Instead of asking whether one home is better than the last, bring the decision back to your own priorities.

Does the location support your routine? Does the layout work for the way you live? Are the compromises things you can comfortably accept?

The goal is not to find the house with the longest list of features. It is to recognize the home that fits your life best.

I tell buyers to create a simple top three before touring. When a home checks those boxes, it deserves a closer look.

Save this for your next showing day.

The dream home checklist is getting more practical. Beautiful finishes still catch the eye, but buyers are paying closer attention to the spaces that make daily life easier.

A room that can shift from office to guest space. Storage that actually keeps clutter under control. Outdoor areas that extend the way a home can be used. These are the features that often become more valuable after move in.

For your next home search, try separating your list into two categories:

• Features that improve everyday life
• Features that simply look good in photos

Both can matter, but knowing the difference helps you shop with more intention.

If you could add one practical feature to your next home, what would make the biggest difference?

September has a way of putting routines back into focus, and real estate goals deserve the same reset. If buying or selling has been sitting in the “later” category, this is a good time to turn that idea into an actual plan.

Start with the questions that create clarity. Is your timeline flexible? Has your wish list changed? Are you preparing for a move this fall, or simply getting ready for next year?

The market does not have to feel perfectly predictable before you make progress. Preparation gives you something headlines cannot: confidence in your own next step.

I always recommend learning your options before you need to make a decision. A little planning now can make the entire process feel more manageable later.

Is real estate part of your fall goals? Send me a message and let’s start with the first question.

As August comes to an end, it's the perfect time to reflect on your real estate goals and think about what's next.

Whether you're planning to buy, sell, invest, or simply learn more about the market, every successful move starts with a conversation and a clear plan.

You don't have to have all the answers today.

You simply have to know where you want to go.

Real estate isn't about predicting the future.

It's about making informed decisions that help you build the future you want.

If a move is on your horizon, I'd be happy to help you create a strategy that fits your goals.

Here's to new opportunities in the months ahead.

Every buyer's wish list is different, but several priorities continue to stand out this year.

Many buyers are looking for homes that offer:

• Flexible spaces for working from home.

• Functional kitchens with plenty of storage.

• Outdoor living areas for relaxing and entertaining.

• Energy-efficient features.

• Neighborhoods that support their lifestyle.

The biggest trend isn't a specific style or design.

It's choosing a home that makes everyday life easier.

The best home isn't necessarily the biggest.

It's the one that fits your life today while giving you room to grow tomorrow.

Which feature is at the top of your wish list?

"The best investment on Earth is earth."
– Louis Glickman

Real estate has always been about more than buying property.

It's about creating stability, building memories, investing in your future, and finding a place that truly feels like home.

Whether you're purchasing your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or simply planning for what's next, every move should support the life you want to build.

A home isn't just where life happens.

It's where your future begins.

If you could describe your dream home in one word, what would it be?

Mortgage rates are an important part of the home buying conversation, but they aren't the only factor worth considering.

Finding the right location, choosing a home that fits your lifestyle, understanding your long-term goals, and creating a realistic financial plan all play an equally important role.

Many successful homeowners didn't wait for perfect conditions.

They focused on finding the right home at the right time for their personal situation.

Every buyer's journey is different, and the best decision is the one that makes sense for you.

If buying a home is one of your future goals, starting the conversation early can help you feel more prepared when the opportunity comes.

Luxury real estate continues to evolve, and today's buyers are redefining what premium living looks like.

For many younger buyers, it's less about excess and more about intentional living. Walkable communities, wellness spaces, home offices, outdoor entertaining areas, smart home technology, and thoughtfully designed architecture are becoming just as desirable as impressive square footage.

Today's dream home isn't simply beautiful.

It supports the lifestyle people want to create.

No matter your price point, choosing a home that aligns with your goals and everyday routines will always be one of the best investments you can make.

Which modern feature would be at the top of your wish list?
