When we got the keys to our house, the first thing I did was tear up the carpet to see what was underneath.

And… HARDWOOD FLOORS.
The carpet wasn’t my style. But it was temporary.

And that’s something I think buyers sometimes forget.

Paint can change.
Flooring can change.
Light fixtures can change.
Cabinets can change.

But you can’t change the location, neighborhood, or the bones of the house. 🏡
