🔥each container comes fully insulated with heat & AC installed
🚪also comes with a huge glass commercial door, 2 huge front windows & 2 additional smaller windows on the back side

they are surprisingly pretty spacious inside with high ceilings | we made some cute mockups below but the possibilities are endless!!✨

Something exciting is coming this summer!

Introducing Otterman Square - right across the street from the viral Cutie's Coffee Company - is getting five brand-new leasable spaces: a historic house perfect for a restaurant, a large bar space, and three compact retail spaces, all built around a beautiful central courtyard with lights, music, and seating.

Over the next few weeks you'll see a lot of exciting construction happening. We’re creating a true destination spot with plenty of parking (31 public parking spots including EV/Tesla charging) and that welcoming, downtown vibe that has plenty to do in walking distance.
