🎁Wrapping up 2024🎁

We’ve finally traded in the life of duplexes for a single family home. For the last seven years we’ve lived in one side and rented out the other. We actually sold the first duplex we ever purchased off Craigslist in 2018.

It’s now in the hands of an amazing young couple starting their investing journey. We took that equity and started our dream renovations to our real home!

What a blessing. Miss Penny is so pumped!

So excited to share our final product for our new Kressley’s Keys rental. This one has really opened up new doors for us as we continue to find opportunities to grow our business and offer furnished rentals to travelers who need it.

Couldn’t be more proud of how quickly we were able to turn this unit around from start to finish! This townhouse will officially be a “home away from home” for someone so soon 🏡🤗🔑

***Things to do in Greenville, NC***

For any pool fanatics, Mac Billiards is the place to go! This private club is located in downtown Greenville with 8 pool tables and a bar. Ladies play free on Tuesdays and pool is half off for guys on Sundays! You can even take control of the music by using their jukebox to play your favorite songs.

We highly recommend going to for a relaxing night of pool during the week or a fun night downtown during the weekend!

Especially thankful this holiday season to have the best team managing all things Kressley’s Keys. We are heading into 2024 with new ideas and goals, ready to continue to grow this business. Thanks to all who continue to support us and follow along. We are nothing without our friends and families.

This past Friday was yet another successful Multi-Family transaction as a GP of Elm Villa Apartments. In just over 18 months we were able to purchase, stabilize, refinance & eventually sell for a THREE (3X) return for our investors.

***Things to do near Greenville, NC***

The NC State Fair is here! Held in Raleigh, NC this fair is massive and is well worth the visit. They’re open from October 12th - 22nd from 9am - 11pm. We’d highly recommend getting there early in the morning or during a weekday. Parking at PNC arena is free and has a quick and easy walking path to the fairgrounds from there.

There are countless vendors with food, drinks, and (our favorite) desserts. We highly recommend trying the corn on the cob, turkey leg, and fried oreos! You can’t go wrong with most of the fried, southern delectables that the State Fair offers.

Tons of games are also spread throughout the fairgrounds where you can win prizes like the large stuffed elephant you see pictured.

Plenty of rides for all ages are located at the fair such as bumper cars, Ferris wheels, slides, and even a haunted house!

Only an hour and a half from Greenville, this would be an easy day trip for the whole family that would be filled with fun, full bellies, and laughter!

For the very first time, we got professional pictures done at 14th Street Unit A and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!📸

Over 3 months ago, we improved this unit’s decor. We have also purchased a brand new washer and dryer, oven, desk/chair, and dresser/nightstand in just the last few months. We are so excited to offer such a welcoming and comfortable space to our future tenants.🏠

This unit is in a prime location of Greenville, located less than 1 mile from the ECU Football stadium. This duplex is close to downtown Greenville, ECU’s campus, and is central to most professional work places as well as being 3 miles from ECU Health Medical Center.🏥
