This was a special one.
My buyers were referred to me by a Compass agent out in Austin, TX (my home State 🤘) and while they remained in Texas for most of the process, they put a tremendous amount of trust in me to handle everything locally.
From conducting the initial walkthrough to representing them through inspections and repairs, all the way to completing the final walkthrough on their behalf, my role was to ensure their future home was exactly as it should be for their family.
