Here are a few simple tips for sellers before listing your home!

1. Finding the right real estate agent is so important. Not only do you want to find the right person to list your home, but you also want to find someone that you get along well with so that you can work together.

2. Pricing strategies are always something to consider when listing your home. The higher your home is priced, the longer it is likely to sit on the market. Be sure to check comparable properties around you to see what price you should list at. Your realtor will help with this!

3. Boosting curb appeal is another great tip! Spring is just around the corner and it's the perfect time to get your yard ready to sell. Plant some flowers, add some new mulch, and make sure your yard is mowed and in good shape!

4. Decluttering your home is SO important! Make sure you pack up personal items and put away things that make your home look and/or feel cluttered. It is important to make sure buyers are able to walk through your home and envision themselves living there without too much of the sellers items laying around.
