It’s often marketed as “easy to remove,” but after time it can pull drywall paper, leave heavy glue residue, and cause wall damage when taken down. It’s not always a simple peel-off at move-out.

If you’re a tenant, always get landlord approval first—repairs can be costly and may come out of your deposit.
