Pitt County’s housing market continued to show signs of becoming more balanced in May. Inventory increased compared to both last month and this time last year, giving buyers more options to choose from. Home prices continued to rise, while homes sold faster than they did in April, showing that motivated buyers are still actively making moves throughout the county.
