Local Prom Tips! 👇

Caddo Mills Prom Goers! This one is for you.

Just a reminder that the castle (Adriana Estates) is not open for prom next week. They have a private event scheduled.

With that being said, it’s also Rockwalls prom.

That means photo locations are going to be crazy!
So here are some tips and I will add some location ideas at the end.

1. Plan photos early!
2. Scope out parking before hand!
3. If you are going far… consider the traffic to and from the location.
4. Be prepared to have others in the background of your image.
5. Be courteous, everyone wants beautiful photos for prom. So move quickly if the location is heavily populated.

Location ideas. Now these are all weather dependent.

Caddo Mills- Reminder it is illegal to photograph on rail road tracks.

The mill. You all know it, you’ve all probably been there for photos at some point, it’s still a business so be mindful of this.
Don’t block traffic, and don’t prevent trucks from entering or exiting.

The mural. The sun will be behind the mural so lighting will be good, won’t be the most beautiful aesthetic but it’s an option. Just be mindful that Mona Lisa’s is a business and their patrons park there.

Royse City-
City Lake Park, beware the geese.
Downtown- don’t park on the square. Don’t block businesses and don’t stop traffic.

Rockwall- Harry Myers- May the odds be ever in your favor.
The Harbor- same.

Greenville- downtown, murals, The Texan, an option that can handle lots of people.

Now if it’s rains…. Not sure :)
