If you’re telling yourself you’ll wait to buy a house it’s going to cost you thousands of dollars more. Interest rates increased 1/2 a percent and for every 1 point that’s an additional $10,000 to the cost. Also, there are no indications that homes will decrease in value. Each year home values increase. That’s more money you’ll have to spend.
