I'm BACK! Well...back from a bit of a "break" anyway. After 2 non-stop years of real estate and many other irons in the fire it was time for me to just "be" for a bit. This does NOT mean I was not working. I never stop working😉...but after a short respite and a bit of "self-care" I am ready to put my full focus back onto real estate and into high gear once again!
Spring is surely right around the corner! We can all feel it in the air...and especially today! WOW! What a gorgeous day today! ☀ Interest rates are ticking down slightly and my favorite time of year in real estate is fast approaching. 💐

What a pleasure helping a veteran close on their new home in Big Rapids today! Sometimes it amazes me how I end up being given the priviledge to help these dear people find their new homes. Donna and Mitch came to me via an out of state referral. 2022 was an incredible year!
