a new look for this month's market report here, but don't forget to also check your inbox for our monthly up-state of the market with additional information from us!

this month we see some HUGE numbers! 24% increase in new listings as compared to last year. the upstate has struggled with inventory (as with much of the country), so this bump from march is promising for active buyers!

as for the total active listings on the mls...over 42% more than this time last year. wow!

with the average sale price about the same as 2024 and interest rates lingering just under 7%...what do we think the rest of the year will look like?
