A major redevelopment is officially underway in Greenville 🏗️ 13th Floor Investments has started the first phase of “On the Trail” at the former Union Bleachery site.

The first project, Venture on the Trail, will bring 222 new apartments with amenities like a pool, fitness center, co-working space, and direct access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

This is part of a larger 250-acre plan that will include homes, shops, and more. It also helps transform a former industrial site into a new community space.
