Why change?

Over the years, we have developed an amazing group of Associates and we're always attracting more. We're going way beyond Joan Herlong's sales records and industry accomplishments. We’ve always been heading this way, and this brand change signifies this exciting new direction.

Our new name does not mean a change in ownership or that Joan is taking a step back from selling and listing.

We remain a woman-owned business, but this change frees us to be so much more. This further empowers our Associates to build on their own brands and identities. The goal is to strengthen them by expanding Joan’s role in mentoring, coaching, and thought leadership.

We also want to highlight the importance of the Sotheby’s International Realty affiliation in this process. Our company has more than tripled in sales and the number of staffing since affiliating with Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017.
