Plans call for a circular concrete stage with shade sails and surrounding seating. The town is also pursuing construction of a new bathhouse at the Circle beach access, though the council declined an initial proposal for design, engineering, permitting, bidding and construction management from Stroud Engineering.

It trains real estate agents to address the unique financial, legal, and lifestyle needs of home buyers and sellers aged 50 and older.

This photograph, taken circa 1984, symbolizes the commencement of conversations for our real estate office, laying the foundation for a future endeavor. Official operations started in July 1986. I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to my father for his selfless sacrifices over the years, which greatly improved our family's overall well-being. His passing in 1989, a mere three years after our office opened, was a profound shock and loss.
