After having another home fall through through no fault of their own, these two kept going even when it would’ve been easy to give up. There were moments of disappointment, stress, and wondering if it was all going to work out… but they closed on their HOME.

What makes this one even more special—this young family isn’t just starting a new chapter as they prepare to welcome their baby… they’re creating a place where family can be together. This buyer has been helping pay his mom’s rent, and now they’ll all get to live under one roof and build memories together.
