Such a fun day seeing O’Neal Village filled with people from all over coming together to support Defenders for Children!

Music, food, vendors, friends, family + a whole lot of people showing up for a great cause. Also, naturally, had to hit up The Ice Cream District Cafe while out there!

August was another good month of helping people. It was chaotic too but that can be another post 😅

6 closings. 5 new contracts. 12 active listings. And a whole lot happening behind the scenes.

But our favorite parts of the month aren’t really the numbers…It’s the buyer who saved Enna’s number for 6 years and called when he was finally ready.

The family who found us on Facebook, moved here from Tennessee, and trusted us to help them find home — even when part of the search had to happen over FaceTime and group texts.

The sellers who trusted us with selling their home (again) and helping them buy a new one (again). Or the out of town agent who trusted us to sell her parents home. The buyers who trusted us with their next chapter. The referrals, repeat clients, agent relationships, problem solving, late-night texts, showings, inspections, negotiations and everything in between.

And somehow, while all of that was happening, we were getting 12 listings marketed, putting 5 more properties under contract, and preparing for another busy few months ahead. 🤍

August, you were good to us. September… we’re already coming for ya🙌

A little behind the scenes of what happens before the pretty listing photos 🏡

We spent the day in Pacolet checking in on 3 projects with one of our investor/builder partners. These were all in completely different stages of their transformations.

One of our favorite parts of working with investors and builders is getting to be part of the whole process. Before he purchases a property, we can help run comps and look at the potential ARV. He handles the building and renovations, and as the project gets closer to completion, we’re back in the numbers looking at the current market and what makes sense for resale. Sometimes we get to help choose designs and finishes too 🤩

Then it’s our turn to get it listed, marketed, and SOLD.

It really is a team effort from purchase → project → sold, and getting to watch the transformation in between makes it even better.
