Right now we are seeing the housing market cool. It’s not nearly as hot as it was just a few weeks ago. That’s a huge positive for people looking for a house. The not so great thing is your average house between 200,000-265,000 are still getting multiple bids.

When I first met Christian and Jennifer Schenk they said they wanted to build a log cabin in the woods with a view.
