It’s official! We closed yesterday!! After less than one day on the market we got an offer for almost 10% over the listing price, and accepted! A lot of hard work went into this one and we couldn’t be happier with the end results, now onto the next one!!!!🏡💚

A progression of the kitchen from day 1 to now, I wanted to wait until we were completely done but I love it so much I had to share! Unfortunately a global pandemic and other obligations have slowed us down, but we’re almost done and it’s looking amazing! The kitchen has been the biggest transformation, we basically had to tear it off the house😱 Clearly my picture taking skills are lacking, but let us know what you think! 🖤🤍🖤

Before and after on bedroom # 1😍🥰 Our favorite part of this room was reviving the beautiful 100 year old pine floors😍

This room may look simple and sweet but it really required quite a lot to get it as gorgeous as it is now. In bedroom # 1 we closed a wall, removed a fire place and the corresponding chimney, fixed a huge water leak in the metal room, removed the dropped ceiling (who does that🤦‍♀️), put in new electrical and fixtures, replaced doors and the biggest obstacle that we faced in this room and throughout the house was fixing the sinking floors.

All and all this room is a beaut and we couldn’t be happier with the end result!!
